Siebenmühlen was born not just with the idea of a restaurant, but with the dream of a way of life. Imagine a table mixed with the warmth of Anatolia, the deep-rooted culinary culture of Mesopotamia and the simplicity of German tradition – that’s what we set out to build.

We chose the name “Seven Mills” because for us, flavor is a process of grinding with labor and blending with patience. There is a history in every plate, a story in every recipe.

In a place designed with sincerity in nature; we want to not only serve food, but also collect memories. Siebenmühlen is where this dream becomes a reality. And now we want to write this story together with you.
